Modularr is a sole trader business run by Greg Goncalves, based in Canterbury, Kent. This page explains what personal data we collect, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you enquire, get a quote, or place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number, postcode, alcove measurements, photos of the space you send us, your design choices, and your order and payment status.

Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare designs and quotes, fulfil your order, and reply to your enquiries. If you agree to marketing emails, we will only send them with your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the business: Supabase for our database and file storage, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Vercel for hosting this website. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Our legal basis

We process your data because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, because we have a legitimate interest in running the business, or because you have given consent (for marketing emails).

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for 2 years. We keep order records for 6 years, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we use it. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
